- Real California Pizza Contest 2019 & 2020 – In conjunction with the California Milk Advisory Board foodservice team and its agencies, created a new national professional pizza-chef recipe contest. Its goal is to create greater awareness of and increase culinary innovation with cheeses made with Real California Cheese. Structured contest from legal and logistics; to recruitment, judging and event execution; to all marketing, written and video communications. Adapted first year contest to comply with ever-changing landscape of COVID pandemic – realizing a finals event that ultimately celebrated California cheese and North American professional pizzaiolos.
